COVID-19 – Security First (UK) – Operational Update

In line with government guidelines and the many site closures around the country we have no option but to scale back our operations to essential works only. This means that we do not expect to be conducting scheduled preventative maintenance visits until social distancing protocols have been relaxed. Similarly, we are only conducting installation or repair works that are urgent – which, understandably, will be decided on a case by case basis and subject to collaborative decisions between us, our engineers and our clients.
For contract clients with faults or emergencies we will in the first instance try to resolve these via telephone support as we normally would. For intruder clients connected to the RISCO Cloud we will be able to conduct diagnostics, maintenance and programming changes remotely.
If our office is closed due to a lockdown, if your enquiry is not urgent then please call us on our usual number(s) and choose the option to leave a message. We will receive this message via email and will call you back as soon as we can. Alternatively, you are welcome to email us at email@example.com.

We are hopeful that we will be able to maintain some operations during this worrying time but this of course is subject to social distancing and any quarantine that may be imposed. We are, as are the rest of the country, evaluating our position on a daily basis.
