If you have a problem with your alarm system, please refer to our FAQ page, where many common problems can be identified. If you cannot find a solution, please call or email our Operations Department who will be happy to help.

To book a service, please call our Servicing Department with your customer reference number to hand. Services can be arranged for any time between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
